updating php without whm?? HOW

Hi

how could I update php without whm?

I tryed to install php and make recompile for apache but it didn't work well

when i type php -v it showing "PHP 4.4.5-dev (cgi)" but in cpanel it's showing 4.4.4 !! after I make recompiled apache, I don't know what i must do after setup php



any help?

Hi Allenslack, and welcome to the Cpanel forums!

AFAIK, the script /scripts/easyapache will give you the option of which version of PHP you want, so long as you head through the "expert" option.

Have a look at
