Upgrade/Downgrade 11.3.0 build 11 to WHM 11.34.0 build 9

I am little new to this upgrade process, but if we start having problems with 11.3.0 build 11 can we downgrade back to WHM 11.34.0 build 9???

I believe this answer is no...that downgrading a security fix isn't a good or supported option...I just wanted to verify.

Downgrading will cause a Storable to fail.
