    hi

    i have reseller he just upgrade an account on his own site and i got message

    well what mean (root) is this reseller test have a root privileges or what?

    Hello assassin85,

    You might want to check the 'Reseller Center' section of WHM.
    In there, select the 'test' account in the 'Select A Reseller' box, then click on 'Edit Privileges/Nameservers'.

    At the bottom, ensure the 'All Features (warning: total and complete access)' checkbox is NOT checked for this user.
