Hi,
I doubt this is a problem, but I'm not sure. Well first off, I've been having problems with cPanel and disk quotas not showing correctly. This was fixed by ticking the checkbox Disable Disk Quota display caching. I've only told you that because I'm not sure if it's relevent to this proglram I'm having.
Anywho, when I create a new account, I receive an email telling me it's been created. The IP section is also fine.
eg,
Ip: 11.11.11.11 (n)
When, I upgrade an account, or downgrade the account, I also get sent another e-mail and the ip section is shown below:
Ip: n ()
This just may be a tiny glitch or so, as the accounts, and websites and even DNS records stay the same, but these are the only 2 problems I'm currently having, but I don't know if they could be related.
Versions:
WHM 10.8.0
cPanel 10.8.1-S31
Should I just ignore this (as everything works ok)?
Regards,
Steve.
