upgrade GnuPG

    How can i upgrade GnuPG from 1.0.7 to latest version ?

    Your best option would be to migrate to a non EOL operating system. As redhat do not provide updates any longer for their redhat linux series of OS's. You can also check out fedoralegacy.org or progeny.com. i don't know how well these packages are kept up to date, and they will only be patched for security issues most likely, so probably no new features would be added.

    There is also the option to compile it from source, grab the source and read the install instructions: http://www.gnupg.org/
