    From WHM:
    • To upgrade cPanel/WHM as well as cPanel Pro, just go to WHM -> cPanel -> Upgrade to Latest Version
    • To upgrade Apache and PHP, just go to WHM -> Software -> EasyApache and follow the on-screen instructions and answer the questions accordingly.
    • If you want to just update to the latest 4.1 build of MySQL, then that was performed during the cPanel update. Otherwise, to upgrade to MySQL 5, go to WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings -> MySQL, then read the on-screen instructions carefully then perform the actions the instructions tell you to do.
    • "Upgrading" your processor architecture cannot be performed via cPanel/WHM or SSH.
    • Refer to your OS documentation for information on upgrading your Kernel.
