I just did an upgrade of cPanel from 7.2.1-R125 to 7.4.0-R29 & it caused Apache to go down & it wont come back up.

I then downgraded to Cpanel 7.4.0-S12 but Apache is still down so I did a Apache update /scripts/easyapache via SSH but that did not fix it either.

Everything works but Apache! In my WHM I get the error "Unable to obtain apache version information. Your apache server at 209.51.135.122 may be down, or unreachable."

I submitted a ticket to cPanel but there is no telling how long it might be before they can help me. Can anyone help me fix this please.

This was a problem with the user's jrun install.
