Upgrading from monthly to annual license

Two questions:

1) I am assuming the answer is "yes", but just to be sure... if a client starts out on a monthly license, can they then switch to an annual license without having to reinstall cpanel or reassign the monthly license? Ie. it's possible to replace an existing license with a new one and just let the old one run out?

2) My client already has 1 existing annual license, are they eligible for the discount if they buy the second one, or do they need to be purchased together at the same time to qualify for that?

Reinstalling cPanel & WHM isn't required when switching the license subscription type. However, note that our Customer Service Department is the best point of contact for license-related questions. You can open a support ticket or email them directly ([email protected]) for clarification on your other questions.
