Upgrading older users to SUEXEC and PHPSUEXEC

When we built our first CPANEL configuration, SUEXEC was left off. A few users and domains
were created whose site/*.conf files do not have the data to turn SUEXEC on. This causes
problems with wordpress etc.

How can I turn SUExec on, on a per domain basis?

Or just gobally turn it on for those domains that ALREADY exist, but who don't have it on.

To the best of my knowledge, SuExec does not allow you to run on a per user basis - it's an all or nothing.

Is there any reason why you're not running it for the other users? We force moved our users to it years ago and saw very little resistance from our client base as it was a added security for everyone involved.
