Is it avaisable to upgrade a server running redhat 6.2 and whm/cpanel to 7.3?

can this be done with messing up system?

I wouldn't do it on a live server... We changed a server from 6.2 -& 7.2 but we setup a new server with 7.2, moved over the data from the 6.2 server to the 7.2 server and then once we made sure everything worked correctly, updated the DNS and then shutdown the 6.2 server.
