I"m going to be upgrading my server from Fedora Core 2 to Fedora Core 4. Is there anything special that I should do to make sure WHM/Cpanel doesn't break?

I can't remember which version is running on the server at this time, but I'm pretty sure that it's 10.XXXX.

Make sure to have a backup handy before you even think about inserting the disk to perform the upgrade. Check that the OS is supported on cPanel.net and perhaps consider using a more "server friendly" OS.
