upgrading server/importing accoutns

So, the actual server that I'm running cpanel on started to run a bit slow so I decided to install cpanel on a different server. Installation on the new server run well, I got a temporary license of 15 days and then I imported all the accounts from the old server using the option "Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server". OK, so now, I shut down the old server, set the IP for the new server same as the old one, I used the IP migration tool to set the right IP for all the accounts/domains...and still there is something wrong. I can login/use the whm/cpanel interface(same for the other accounts), but not even one domain/website is working. I don't even have a ping reply from any of those domains.
I'm kinda stuck right now, just started again the older server and I'm looking for info. Any ideas or/and advice is welcome.

Did you reboot the new server after changing the ip ?

well, at first I tried just service network restart, then reboot, but the same thing its happening...
