Upgrading to CPanel 9.xx Still Problems?

are there still problems upgrading to CPanel 9.xx ?
I saw a few weeks ago there where a lot of problems server downs etc. has this problems now ben solved?

I don't think they are fixed, have 3 servers still down from friday.
no mysql
no mail
etc.

I think they should work on a fix for that issue ... there are several weeks now peaple fighting with that problem!

From to which version cPanel did you upgraded, that you have still not-working server? How about your clients?
