    Hello,

We have Cpanel running in a Fedora core 6 server. Since this server is phased out, we want to upgrade to Fedora 7 or 8. Is it possible to upgrade directly to FC 7 or 8 without affecting any existing website or we need to setup another server and migrate the websites one by one?

    Kindly advise.

Just a note: neither Fedora Core 8 nor 9 are supported at this time

You can upgrade using yum but it takes much time to do.

Why upgrade - core 6 should be fine?

Fedora 6 no longer receives security updates. Soon Fedora 7 will be in the same position.

Are there any serious security issues with Core 6?

I have not heard of any.
