    dear all,

currently I'm upgrading WHM to latest RELEASE on remote machine.
few minutes ago I left my coumputer and when I returned, it's already in sleep mode, and when I wake it up,
the WHM upgrade interface returning error page for my internet connection was reset for several minutes.

When I check through command line
    Code:
    # ps aux | grep "upcp"
    root 16763 0.0 0.0 29400 4396 ? S Aug03 0:00 /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/live_upcp2.cgi
    root 16764 0.0 0.0 36608 5516 ? S Aug03 0:00 cPanel Update (upcp) - Master
    root 16949 0.0 0.0 33652 4648 ? Ss Aug03 0:00 cPanel Update (upcp) - Slave

I notice that upgrade is still in progress, but I can't see how's the progress.

    My question is:

    1. Is the upgrade process still runs correctly even though without WHM interface in it's front end? Or should I just kill upcp and redo upgrade process?
    2. Can I know how's my upgrade progress? For my interface is not showing any update progress due to I got disconnected.

sorry for my silly question. It's my first WHM upgrade and I'm still paranoid about how it will go into...

    regards,

    Yoachan

At the end of the update log you would have seen this message:
You can check that log for details if needed.

    @Infopro:

Thank you for your quick answer.
So If I want to check I can just do tail -f to the latest update.xxx.log, I think.

Btw is it really safe for me to just leave the upgrade?

It's 3.30am in my time, and I really need to sleep. But I'm so so afraid if something goes wrong with the update.
For AFAIK in this cpanel update, mysql, php, apache and everything is being upgraded instead of only upgrading WHM as my first thought....
