Upon uploading any file in cPanel file manager, getting this error message:

call textfile.txt (call textfile.txt): Virus Detected; File not Uploaded! (Can't parse configuration file.)

Running latest cPanel/WHM release, RHE. Any ideas?

/etc/clamav.conf was broken. Fixed the problem by restoring to earlier version.
