upload from file manager error

hey guys,

im trying to upload through file manager but i seem to get a error message:

Upload Status
Picture 1.gif (Picture 1.gif): Virus Detected; File not Uploaded! (Access denied. ERROR)

can someone help me in solving this issue. thanks!
