Upload Problem By FileManager

    Hi,

    When Users Upload Files Via Cpanel File Manager Show : File 100% Uploaded
    But File Not Exist And Not Uploaded In Folder !

    With FTP They Can Upload Files Without Problem.

    I Installed Clamv Antivirus And CSF Firewall

    How i Can Fix This problem

    You should check your logs to see if there's any indication to the problem.

    /var/log/messages log would be a good place to start looking, right after attempting to upload something.

    Also you might try another browser to check to see if the problem is browser specific or not.

    What is the full cPanel version number? Via root SSH access, the following command may be used to obtain the full cPanel version information:

    In addition to what Infopro has advised, I would also check the cPanel error_log for any related messages; this log file is located at the following path:

    I Look both /var/log/messages and cpanel error_log but nothing related ! :(

    Solution

    I would like to recommend you please run upcp on your server as cPanel version is upgraded to 11.25.0-RELEASE_42399 because I am also having many problems after upgraded to 11.25.0-RELEASE_42399 but after running upcp all problems sort out and now I am very happy to access cPanel with 11.25.0-RELEASE_42399 version.I really appreciate cPanel techs works..keep it up

    Problem Was ClamAV Antivirus i Unistalled it and Problem Fixed.
