    /var/log/messages

I presume you are asking about files uploaded via FTP. All FTP activity is logged to /var/log/messages. Other services, as well as Linux itself, log to /var/log/messages, so you will need to use grep to find messages relating to FTP and the accounts concerned.

Activity in the cPanel File Manager will be logged to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log.
