Is it possible to do this, or do I need to individually upload each file within the folder?

    Help please!

How do I access one of those?

Is it possible in the standard file manager uploads section?

You can find many ftp programs at download.com including some free ones.

You use any of the standard ftp programs available for download, cuteftp (www.cuteftp.com), wsftp, smartftp etc. You can get most of them at www.download.com

Incase you have shell access and would consider uploading a single file, you can just zip the folder, upload using ftp, and then unzip in shell. Don't forget you would need to use chown and chmod to set the file ownership and permissions properly.
