When you say "tried", how far did you get?

How were you trying to upload the files (ftp program)?

What happens when you goto http://<IP>/~<ACCT>/ ?

How long ago was the account created?

How long ago was the domain created?

    hi SarcNBit,

i managed to upload the file, saw it in the folders.

i also viewed the files in the show file option within file manager.

i did a dns report and it said that i did not have an A record but am not receiving mail at the address

from the report i got a warning which is as follws:

"WARN: SOA MNAME Check: WARNING: Your SOA (Start of Authority) record states that your master (primary) name server is: dnspri.singnet.com.sg.. However, that server is not listed at the parent servers as one of your NS records! This is probably legal, but you should be sure that you know what you are doing."

i was using the file manager in cPanel as well as the WS_FTPprogram.

when i go to http://u-image.com.sg url it came up with an error message that said that the page could not be found.

the account was created last week

the domain was also created last week.

i believe that the root folder is "www"

i also tried the url http://u-image.com.sg/www/index.html as well

    should i change the permissions

    tks & regards

    peng teik
