uploading HELP....

hello All,
I have had my website recenty built by a friend, but they are no longer around, and I am wanting to change some text and images, though I seem to be able to change I cant and do not know hpw or where to uplaod them, how do I do this, please help me.

Any help would be very very very much appreciated. Please look at our website and if there id snybody that feel they could mkae it much better we would be interested, we are film makers with no budget, so fees would not be available though we would much love to hear from you.

Hi Mary,

I would like to tell you that if you are new to all these things, you better contact your Hosting company or hire a Developer as explaining all the things here will be very difficult.

BTW you can use a Ftp software such as Ws_Ftp, through which you can connect to your account and can upload/download your website files. Get the Ftp details from your Hosting company, download the files on your local mahine, edit them and upload to your account. All the website files should be under public_html directory.

I have sent you an email detailing what you might consider changing. It is sometimes the case that email to Hotmail addresses is directed straight to the Hotmail junk mail folder.

Hi Mary
Uploading and downloading of your webpages is really quit simple.
What you need is some ftp software,like filezilla,and its free.
You need your ftp access details.

Your host can provide these for you.if you dont have them already
