Uploading images via forms in php 500 error

HI,
We upgraded our server with Apache server 2.4.16 in last week.
After that while uploading large witdth & height images (file size nearly 500kb ~ 700KB) the action page shows 500 error.

Plz help me to solve this issue

You will have to contact your hosting provider to check Apache error logs as you do not have access to check that file, with the exact error logs we can find out exact issues of this 500 error.

Thank u for your reply...

But i didn't get any errors in log files regarding this 500 SERVER ERROR...
I got other errors like only 'File Not found','Too Many connections'

Could you let us know the full output (minus actual domain names or IP addresses) in CODE tags from /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when this error occurs?
