    Hi there,

I am having problems with some clients uploading to some directories...

    This is an example:

    /home/theuser/public_html (can upload to here)
    /home/theuser/public_html/folder (cannot upload to here)

I'm sure this is a permission problem..

When an attempt is made to upload to the folder that it doesn't allow, it shows a permission denied error in FTP.

    Any help on this?

Maybe someone from CPanel could shed some light on this? :) It's becoming a pain in the... head.

    Same Problem Here

I'm also having the same problem here.
Some clients try and delete the file says access denied even when over written.

    PLEASE HELP CPANEL OR ANYONE...
    This is an urgent matter.

The only account I had problems with was a new one that was just created. It was created right before the upgrade then after the upgrade it didn't work.

I just recreated the account and it worked fine.

All the folders had the correct permissions and owners.
