I just purchased a web template from themeforest/envato market & I can't upload the parent theme (zipped file) because it is "too big." I have uploaded the child theme. I have extracted files, but do I have to upload every single file individually? Then how do I edit that theme & customize it with my text & photos? Thanks for the help (in advance) for this newbie.

Thanks. I have tried, but they claim that support does not include customization. :( I have watched videos & I am trying to use FTP, but am not sure exactly what to put for my server (is it the hosting site? my domain name? or something else?).

    Hello,

It's any domain name that resolves to the server's IP address. It's typically your domain name. Your hosting provider should be able to help you get started if that's not working.

    Thank you.
