    Greetings,

Has anyone managed to get Urchin 5 to correctly integrate with Cpanel?

The previous version 4, worked without a problem, but 5 seems to be causing anyone who has upgraded or installed grief.

My stats through Urchin have stoped updating since the upgrade, i have noticed that .lock file has been mentioned to be a probelm?

Any tips or ETA to correctly fix this integration issue would be great.

    Thanks,
    L4s.

Urchin 5 -- Please make it work!

Yes, I would love to hear something about Urchin 5. I just installed it as well and now nobody can access their reports. I had v4 installed and it worked fine with no issues at all.

I did the upgrade and now nothing works, any ETA on a release date for a version of cPanel that works with v5? When I did the upgrade I had to enter a new license number so I'm pretty sure I cannot revert back to v4 without calling Urchin and requesting a new license. :(

    Please help!

It works fine now. Make sure the license is installed and once it is do a

    /usr/local/urchin/bin/urchinctl stop
    /usr/local/urchin/bin/urchinctl start
    /scripts/rusnstatsonce

This fixes the error. I tried on one server running a restart and this did not correct the issue.
