Having a problem with urchin on a new server.

Installed it two days ago and left server to process lgos etc etc and when i try to get urchin in a user's cpanel, i get this:

Unable to get profile id from configuration database

    ANyone got any idea?

Runing urchin 5.x on WHM 9.1.0 cPanel 9.1.0-R85
    RedHat Enterprise 3 - WHM X v2.1.2

I have seen this on numerous servers including redhat 7.3 and freebsd 5.2.1. It appears cpanel is failing to create the urchin profiles. You will need to manually create the profile ids if you want it to work now. Hopefully they will get it working again....but to be honest, the road from cpanel to urchin has been quite rocky so far.

I'm not positive, but there's been a lot of Urchin Improvements in the edge releases. Should definitely help :)

Don't upgrade to edge, but look forward to it being in release...

Bummer... I know I'm using Urchin just fine. But I'm not processing the logs through the Urchin admin interface. I just let cPanel do it and then access it through cPanel's urchin.cgi script and it seems to work fine.

How do you mannually create the profile ids so Cpanel recognizes them?

I setup a profile in Urchin but how do I link that up with the "Urchin stats" link in Cpanel?

    Profile Problem

How does someone go around fixing this problem? I got this problem crop up today and from reviews of the posts, I don't see the answers I was looking for.
