I've been using Urchin for a few years. I just started using WHM, and I want to integrate Urchin. WHM recognizes that Urchin is installed in the stats configuration module and even adds new accounts to Urchin. The automatic processing doesn't seem to work though. WHM shows that "The server currently is able to keep up with your statistics processing schedule.", but my stats haven't been processed for the last couple of days even though the statistics frequency is every hour. Any thoughts?

Also, should I still be able to log into the web-based Urchin GUI and make changes when WHM is installed? Should one be installed before the other?

Urchin fell by the wayside when Google "discontinued" it as a server-side software package a few years back (in favor of client-side implementation renamed "Google Analytics"). However, Google has promised recently that Urchin 6 is in the pipeline for being a server-side product :).

Unfortunately, I'm very aware of their empty promises for the 6.0 release. We purchased Urchin about 6 months before the "big news" from Google.

It looks like Urchin 6 is making progress. However, it seems the way the licensing works for it to be viable Urchin would need to run on its own server and then pull the raw logs from each cPanel server. Buying a license for each cPanel server would be very costly it seems.

    Any thoughts on this? :)

Urchin 6 beta is out. Any chance of seeing a WHM update with integration? Otherwise we'll be left to our own devices.

I've come to a solution, as the new profiles does not get processed and you get stuck on "0% pending" when you try to run then manually. I googled google for this, but the presented solution using the urchin-driver did not work. Deleting profile and readding it works - but it's a pain.
