The error the user is getting in their cPanel when trying to view Urchin logs is:
    Code:
Unable to get profile id from configuration database
When trying to find the problem I ran /scripts/runweblogs presch and this is there error I got:

I found some old posts with similar errors. But none had any fix. Any ideas?

Second issue is with the number '1'. I am finding files scattered in random places (in /, /usr/local/cpanel, and other places) all with the name '1'. The file looks to be a log from the cpanel logger. Why are these files being created and how can I prevent it?

    I am running:
    WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-S120
    RedHat Enterprise 3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

ANy help would be appreciated, thanks!

Any resolution to this yet? I just transfered an account over to a different server and I am receiving the "Data request is out of range" errors with a /scripts/runweblogs

So did anyone have a solution to this?

I'm also just now getting this error when I run weblogs (never did before) running WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R118 RedHat Enterprise 3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

we have 20 domains on this box so the 100 domain lic for urchin isn't a factor.

I'm getting this error too, and cPanel support won't touch it. Any ideas?

I was getting this too and I ran

    /usr/local/urchin/util/inspector

Somehow, one of my users gained ownership of the Urchin data directory (/usr/local/urchin/data/) so after I chowned that back to nobody, I was able to view stats
