    Hi All,

I've tried serval attempts at getting apache back up. Both from whm and from scripts directory.

Each time it comes up with

Invalid command 'BytesLog', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not inclu
    ded in the server configuration

I've tried all the builds of cpanel both upgrading to edge and back down to stable. I've used the upcp --force command on each script directory rebuild

    Come up with same error.

    Please Help I'm lost

    Thanks in advance

    Make sure you backup the file, and run;

    cd /usr/local/cpanel/apache
    /usr/local/apache/bin/apxs -iac mod_log_bytes.c

    gcc -DLINUX=22 -DHAVE_SET_DUMPABLE -I/usr/include/gdbm -DMOD_SSL=208122 -DUSE_HS
    REGEX -DEAPI -fpic -DSHARED_MODULE -I/usr/local/apache/include -c mod_log_bytes.c
gcc: mod_log_bytes.c: No such file or directory
    gcc: no input files
    apxs:Break: Command failed with rc=1
    root@secure [/usr/local/apache/conf]#

    Apache ok

    Thanks easyhoster1 for the tip.

    Found and fixed the problem.

Turned out to be a httpd.conf error on the virtual host directive for a restored account.

    I have the same problem.
Every time, when I create new account, it add line BytesLog and apache go down
After I comment that line, it restart succesfully.
How I can install that module or cancel to add this line?

    /usr/local/apache/bin/apxs -iac mod_log_bytes.c
    doesn`t help :(

    [/scripts]# /usr/local/apache/bin/apxs -iac mod_log_bytes.c
    gcc -DLINUX=22 -DHAVE_SET_DUMPABLE -I/usr/include/gdbm -DMOD_SSL=208122 -DUSE_HSREGEX -DEAPI -fpic -DSHARED_MODULE -I/usr/local/apache/include -c mod_log_bytes.c
gcc: mod_log_bytes.c: No such file or directory
    gcc: no input files
    apxs:Break: Command failed with rc=1
    [/scripts]#

    Please, anybody!
