    Hello,

I am unable to unpark parkdomain and getting below error.

(There was a problem unparking domain.abc.com from abc.com: Show Details
You cannot unpark a user's main domain name. )

Please let me know if any solution.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Do you have root/whm access to the server?
If not, you might want to contact your Webhost on this one ...

    Good luck!

Anyone have any ideas for this? I've edited the record out of the main configuration, but still get this exact same error when removing a domain from WHM when removing a reseller's customer from the reseller's parked domains- the customer DOES have an account on the same server for the same domain name.

See if the parked domain has an entry in /etc/trueuserdomains.

commented it out, deleted the forwarder successfully, ran /scripts/rebuildparkeddomains, rebuilt the DNS zone - now it gets a "Great Success" page... thoughts?

    cd /var/cpanel/userdata/username/

    vi main

Remove the " ServerAlias " corresponding to the domain you want to remove

And try now to unpark the domain
