Urgent Help! Accounts are not being created properly!

Don't know what is going on, but WHM is not creating accounts properly this evening. I have tried creating the same account 5 times and every time, it does not create the proftpd/user file, it does not put the right entry in /etc/group, etc, etc....

Any thoughts? I am very concerned.

Never mind. /scripts/upcp fixed it, but very weird indeed !
