With the whole The Planet H1 datacenter being offline since Saturday, I had arrangements to move a server from their H1 datacenter to their H2.

Of course the IP changed and the Cpanel license is expired, so I will greatly appreciate if someone from Cpanel could please help in good faith get at least a 2 day license to be able to get the server back up.

ThePlanet is unable to do it at this time as their licensing portal was hosted on their downed, H1 datacenter.

PLEASE HELP! Going into 48 hours of downtime!

    Warm Regards

    AAG

I recommend contacting ThePlanet regarding any license issues regarding licenses acquired from ThePlanet.

Yes apparently ThePlanet needs to sort this out. Unfortunately the amount of work they are faced currently is incredible to say the least. Unfortunately, we just need to be patient.

Nevermind. I read their forums. Proof that shit happens regardless of measures taken to ensure it doesn't. I feel for all of those guys - that's one helluva stressful time, and they'll be cleaning up after that for months or more.... probably deal with some frivolous and not so frivolous lawsuits as well.
