Urgent Help Needed - Wont Start

    Hey

    Jsut got cpanel installed on my debian system, named wasent working, but im sure thats somethign simple

    I reset the machine with gracefull reboot, the machine turned back on and NONE of the cpanel processes have started, Its just the base system

    Is there a script to start it ?

    So i presime there is no way to start cpanel and all related processes up again ?

    I would suggest that you reboot again.

    Next time you need information, you should know that you can very likely find whatever you're looking for on google. Or, for more specific cpanel stuff, search this forum. That's quite a bit quicker than relying on others who may or may not help you.

    Root Administrator
    You can restart cpanel with " service cpanel restart". Would be a good idea to restart bind/named (either with this: "/etc/rc.d/init.d/named restart" or from within WHM) to check for errors. If you are seeing an "rndc error" then that should be fixed first.
