   I need a user to get in to FTP (in the root) but i cant get in with root so how can i make a user so that it can get in to FTP in the root? or how can i make my root user get in to FTP in the root.

   cPanel Access Level:

   Root Administrator

   Do you have a wheel group in WHM? This allows indirect root login using su -.
   You can add a user to this group and login with a regular user/password and then su - to root.
