urgent help needed

I have added a subdomain when I access it without www it works fine but when i tries it with www then it shows different page.

I am a bit confused, any help on this?

check the serveralias directive in the httpd.conf to ensure its there, if it isnt that then the DNS zone has an incorrect IP in it

If the above is okay then I would check your Main >> DNS Functions >> Edit DNS Zone and look at the DNS record and I would make sure it had both entries.

But I have checled for dns zone and the entries are there but still the same problem is here, is there any other solution????????

Try deleting the sub-domain, removing the DNS entries in WHM and re-setting the sub-domain up again.

If that doesn't work:

1. Try clearing your internet browser's cache.
2. Check the .htaccess file on the subdomain for redirect rules.
