What's running as your top processes on the system when the machine dies? If you aren't familiar with this via the command line, I think CPanel has added some shite in the WHManager for you to monitor top CPU or Memory hogs. Just do a search in the left frame.

You might have some data in /var/log/dcpumon on your system as well.

    my top processes are:
    -----------------
    top
    remote.pl
    httpd
    Java
    portsentry
    keventd
    kupdated
    chkservd
    named
    ---------------
I know nothing about them processes and would appreciate if you
describe them , except for &top& that was my command that
I just found out from a friend, a very easy and cool way to check processes,it's by just typing the
word &top& as root and you will see live processes running.
    Regards,
