    Hello,

I am facing problem with my email accounts.
There are total 20 mail accounts under domain.com
But when login to cpanel-Mail-add/remove/manage accounts
they are not present over there.

Please let me know how to resolve it or what must be the cause for it.

    Thanks in advance.

Check that the account is not over quota, if over, increase quota and accounts will reappear.

    In user account, remove:

    .cpanel/email_accounts.cache
    .cpanel/email_accounts.yaml

Then log into user account and try to list e-mail accounts - they should rebuild in database.

    Hello,

Please check the file permission of mail directory under your account. If it is not correct then also you will face this kind of issue.

    Regards,
    Shital
