Urgent! My License expire after renew only 7 days???

    I really need help, I buy cPanel and renew for the 4th year.
    This year, I renewing my account as usual, but after 7 days of peyment. :mad:
    It appear LICENSE EXPIRE in my WHM and cPanel. :mad:

    My IP is 203.156.104.89
    My hosting is : icyhosting.com
    I buy your ONE YEAR License via cpanel.net, using AMEX via Paypal.
    Paid to cPanel Inc. 4029357733 CA
    Reference number is 89941984

    this license have records in your website that it active on 2005-03-28
    and expire in 2005-04-04
    I still don't know why you active it for only 7 days??

    I try to call you from Thailand, but I still don't buy your service yet, so I didn't know the 10 digit number.

    I try to send FAX to you 2 days ago. I still don't have any e-mail answer from you.

    I try to fill in the form via internet in your website, but it check that i have expire license, so it didn't send my request.

    I send you e-mail from my mailbox chadatip@chadatip.com and chadatip@hotmail.com, telling you I have problem with license expirations.

    This forum is my last hope, if I don't have any returns, any answer, so I have to buy a coupon from you, another 65 USD for no reasons at all.

    You need to contact billing@cpanel.net - that is the only way that you'll get a response form cPanel.

    Check your email and your spam filters, we have been trying to correspond with you. You do not need to pay $65 for a billing inquiry - only phone technical support. You may call during normal business hours Monday-Friday to speak with someone in license administration.

    Most specifically we have sent documentation to your [email removed] email address that must be signed and faxed back. I have just resent these forms again now. As soon as we receive them here we can activate your order.

    Can you send file via this webboard? or post link to a file anywhere in your website,
    then I'll download them, fill-in and FAX back to you.
