I have been using my webmail for the past few days to send out emails to my list. My list is about 20K, my mail settings are set to unlimited so there should be no problem there. Since I was told that no set up was needed to use webmail I have just been doing the following

I have been using...mail.mysite.com for the mail server
    Username XXXXXXXX
    Password: /////////////

It has been working great but today it won't work. Why?

    I need help ASAP...

    Thank You

can you explain more please ...

web mail stop working or you send mail but you can't receive it or no one receive any mail from you

if the web-mail stop working you need to do update for software in whm .. or check the configuration

if you can't send or receive mail ... that's maybe due to hotmail block your ip ... you need to contact with your hosting company to resolve it ..

i hope i help you in something

It sounds to me like you're sending email from the cPanel user account.

You should create a new account and login using that account to send email. If you're logging into webmail use the full email address as the username and the password you give this new email account.

If that's of no use, you might contact your host for more help with this.

    HI guys:
I have created another account but it will not let me send.
I have contracted my vps hosting company
I have tried using the send mail (webmail) bot admin; admin@mydomain.com nether works.
Did not set up the pop 3 because I did not need it.
I don't understand what my isp has to do with this but will contact them today.

Need to get this up and running as quickly as possible.

    Any more ideas.

What exactly won't work? Can you browse to http://www.yoursite.com/webmail and obtain a webmail login page? If so, can you log in to webmail as admin@yoursite.com ? If so, when you send out an email to your mailing list, what happens? Does webmail error out? Do you get a bounce/undeliverable? Or does it appear to send but the recipients just dont' receive it?

Since I had the 45 day trial I ween to cpanel and asked them to look into it. I will let you know what they say . I have noted that this seems to be a common problem. There are lots of posts in several forums. Thank You all. I will post again as soon as cpanel gives me the answer.

Not from WHM, in cPanel for the account you're sending the email from.
