HEY, im forious, but not have a positive response to my problem and have may customers whit the SAME PROBLEM, is not giveme a solution im post every day the same msg here and in the forums, but NEED A SOLUTION!
IM A CUSTOMER NOT A USER IM PAYING YOUR SERVICE NOT IS FREE, SO GIVE SUPPORT BUT HAVE BIG PROBLEMS.
The Problem:
Im have BIG problems whit much users (ones 1000 users), the same problem,
webalizer not update the statistics, and im run the : runlogsnow,
fixwebalizer, runweblogs, im remove the /home/user/tmp/ and others stuff and
not work, any can help me to repair this problem?, its very important but im
removed the others statistics and only use webalizer and not find the
problem.
