I figured it was about time to migrate my mailboxes over to Maildir today. So I executed /scripts/convert2maildir and selected option 3.

everything from this dialog appears to have worked, but it executed very quickly and was a bit suspicious. so I checked the logs.

    Normal Startup Proceeding.
lsof: WARNING: compiled for FreeBSD release 6.3-STABLE; this is 6.2-RELEASE-p7.
    skip xinetd (bsd)
    Unable to install courier.

Unable to install courier was rather alarming, so I decided to manually install it using /scripts/courierup --force. this did absolutely nothing.. no errors, just returned to the prompt. tore apart the script and found it ran /scripts/installpkg courier-imap --force. so I executed this, and it built courier as expected.

Next, I went back to the convert2maildir script.. it seems to have taken a bit longer this time.. so I assumed it work. Well, I am able to connect to through both pop3 and imap, but it doesnt seem to be reading the Maildir files.. it seems to still be reading from mbox. Mail is delivered to the Maildir directories as expected.

Anyone have any idea where I should go from here? Thanks
