Urgent! Please help! How to block one ip or more from one cpanel server

one hosting company using whois.sc search all our server , and they send out spam to all domain he search in whois.sc , now can any one tell me how to block ip or how to block their ip in exim / mailscanner , so that all their Email server ip and all their ip filter before send to all our user .

Please help , urgent

If you have the APF firewall installed:

apf -a whois.sc

If not,

iptables -A INPUT -s 64.246.161.26 -j DROP
