URGENT --problem accessing "PhpMyAdmin" from CPANEL.

    There is a problem accessing "PhpMyAdmin" from CPANEL.

    This is the error text:

    This is usually caused by blank lines in your Module config.php file, or caused by blank lines in your custom theme config.php file.
