URGENT - Server crashing when trasnfering accounts

my 3 servers are with the same problem.

When transfering accounts from WHM - Copy multiple accounts, the server shut down.

Looking at /var/log/messages, I found this at the same time the server crash:

kernel: ------------[ cut here ]------------
kernel: kernel BUG at fs/dquot.c:422!
kernel: invalid operand: 0000 [#1]

Using:
WHM 10.8.0 / Cpanel 10.9.0-S89
Red Hat ES 4.0
Kernel 2.6.9-42.0.3.ELsmp

The servers are P950 (dual core) with 2 GB DDR RAM and HDs SATA II 250 GB

Some sugestion?

Qvota problem

Kernel in RH 4 have a bug refarding quota that sometimes crashes the kernel.
Sorry to say RH don't seem to fix this bug as it was in previous kernel versjons also.
In newer kernels it shuld be fixed, so 5 will be good.

quotaoff -a is what you need to say as root in a shell session.

I have the same problem and is becoming a huge issue for me, randomly at account upgrades, termination, creation, transfer, etc, the server will go down with this issue.

If I turn quota off, will I be able to control the user space and mailboxes?
