    i Have WHM 10.6.0 cPanel 10.6.0-E156 on a RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

i had some issues with some domains in the named.conf
so we deleted the zone only and readded it via the WHM "add Zone" feature.

after that the user and the account disapeared from the "list account" option.

we cant readd it to the account or bind it with it...

i have 3 account with the same issues...
they disapeared from the WHM but are working and can be accessed via the user interface with all functions..

i dont know what do to .. and its very urgent for us and for our clients.

    10x in advance
    firexit.

    Go on, have a guess
    You could try:

    /scripts/updateuserdomains
    /scripts/rebuildnamedconf

10x!! it gave me a good direction!

    i ran the commands:

    /scripts/updateuserdomains
that is what i got (users masked):

    [userdomains] user <user>: missing DNS= line in /var/cpanel/users/<user> at ./updateuserdomains line 197.
    [userdomains] user <user>: missing DNS= line in /var/cpanel/users/<user> at ./updateuserdomains line 197.

    and i went to /var/cpanel/users/
and compared manually to the other files in that dir and noticed that the DNS=<domain>
    was missing
so i added it manually and it reapeared in the WHM
10x very much for ur help

For a domain to be listed in the WHM, the domain name must be present in all the files below...

    /etc/userdomains
    /etc/trueuserdomains
    /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
    /var/cpanel/users/$user
    /etc/named.conf

In addition to that, the username must exist at

    /etc/trueuserowners
    /etc/passwd
    /etc/shadow
    /etc/group

Do check all of them.. :)

    ####

    Regards,
    Amal.

This seems to be an issue with the current release build.
