URL for domain and IP less

This might sound kind of dumb, but I have a customer who would like to use CPanel for image hosting. He does not have a registered domain name nor any IP is assigned to his account. I've tried to use the following url: http://cpanelserverip/home/cpanellogin/public_html/
But this does not seems to work, can anyone please tell me what is the correct url for him to refer to his images.
