URL Redirection Is Not Working Through Cpanel

Hello Guys!
I am an ordinary web designer who is basicall knows seo and I am here to get the solution of my problem regarding the url Redirecting using cpanel for my website, domain.com.

The above mentioned website was previously hosted on hostinger and developed, using codeignitor framework. Now I have moved my website and accessing all files management using Cpanel. I have also redesigned the website in WordPress with the website hosting move. Because of the re-designing some of the urls are changed and that could hurt the website in google keywords ranking. I have tried using url redirection for those changed urls via "url rediect" using cpanel. but url Redirection is not working for the website.

I am mentioning some urls, those were previously created different urls structure. Kindly see the see the example given below:

Previously /blog/blog_detail/12 and now changed to domain2.com

/blog/blog_detail/11 and now redirected to domain3.com

I am looking for instant solution so that I can be able to prevent my website from spamming.

Have you check your .htaccess file? It is possible that some of the rewrite entries preventing/overwriting the URL redirection applied from cPanel.
