Hi, whenever my client is trying to access the cPanel of the website through the url, say www.example.com:2083, the website first shows the cPanel url but it redirects to a router login page that might of her WiFi network.

Now, I've tried it from my end but didn't face the problem, so I cleared the cache and stuff from the site and from her system using TV. But, I am still facing the issue.

What do you think might be the problem?

Hello @Rafael Solano

This sounds like an issue with your client's network. There's no reason this would occur when attempting to access cPanel. I'd suggest having her contact her ISP to look into the issue further.

Thanks!

She has already done that. It is not happening with any other website that's why I posted it here in the first place. I have even asked her to use the routerlogin website - Removed - but it is not accepting the username and the password.

HI @Rafael Solano

You might try to have her use the server's IP address rather than her domain name to see if that helps, but ultimately this doesn't sound like something we'd have any control over. We have no way to manage her router settings or the login for her local network.
