URL redirection map

Anybody have a clue why the URL redirection map in WHM keeps deleting itself anytime after adding 32 redirections/forwarders?

Redirection still having problems

I'm using 4.9.23 and just lost all of the redirections in WHM/CPanel, but all of them are still in httpd.conf.

Now I'm getting an error trying to do any redirections - CPanel won't let me. It generates a dialog box stating:

Redirection limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to load the requested page.

An ideas anyone?
